Before you inquire

Rental requirements

Please review the principal requirements below before texting or emailing about current warehouse availability.

Move-in funds

The first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to two months’ rent are required.

Insurance

At the time of occupancy, a commercial general liability insurance policy with a coverage limit of $1,000,000 is required. The policy must name Firmum LLC as an additional insured.

Licenses and approved use

The tenant must obtain and maintain the occupational licenses, certificate of use and other approvals required for its business.

Not permitted

We do not rent for these activities

Due to City of Hialeah and condominium regulations, we do not rent warehouse units for any of the following activities:

  • Mechanic shops or any automotive-related activities
  • Automotive painting or body-shop work
  • Tire sales or tire repairs
  • Welding or related activities
  • Metalworking or related activities
  • Car dealerships or vehicle storage
  • Storage-only operations, including company or personal storage
  • Restaurants or cafés
